Founded in 2012, East European University (EEU) is a private higher education institution located in Tbilisi, Georgia. The Faculty of Healthcare Sciences began offering its Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in 2017 and has since grown into a steadily developing faculty with a modern, student-centered approach. Despite being relatively young, the university has established a strong academic foundation. EEU’s teaching staff includes over 150 faculty members, including professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and invited lecturers, bringing both academic knowledge and real-world clinical experience into the classroom.
Since opening its doors to international students in 2017, EEU has welcomed students from a wide range of countries, including Israel, India, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, the USA, Sri Lanka, and more, creating a diverse and globally connected campus community.
